Please allow 24 hours for processing on all orders. Orders placed after 5:00pm (Eastern Time) may take 1-2 business days for processing before shipping out. Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times. Our shipping providers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We do not offer will-call or pick-up. Currently, We only ship to U.S. Mainland.
We no longer offer expedited shipping. However, if you need a package to arrive by a certain time we can accommodate you to the

If a customer refuses a package they will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. They will not be refunded the cost of shipping.
If the customer decides that they still want the item, they will have to pay the cost of shipping again in order to receive the item. The reason behind this is that when a customer refuses an item, the courier holds our company responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse.
